Orders will generally be processed within two to five (2-5) business days, but may take up to ten(10) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Items out of stock or on backorder may require a slight wait.

If you select “USPS Priority” 1, 2, or 3 day shipping, we CANNOT guarantee you will get these items in those time periods. This IS NOT expedited shipping. Instead, the postal service has renamed their priority mail services but does not guarantee that these services will deliver in the time stated. Again, this IS NOT expedited shipping.
Paying with an e-check on Paypal? Your processing begins once your e-check clears, not when you send it.
You will receive an email from SuperSick with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS and should arrive within three (3) to seven (7) days. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address, and transaction number, and we will do our best to track down your order.
All items must be returned/exchanged within 45 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for domestic orders and 90 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for international orders. Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in resell-able condition. Please email email@example.com for the details of your order. All returns/exchanges require an RA# that can only be provided by emailing us.
Repackage the unwanted merchandise with your original invoice. Please write the RA# on your package as well as the invoice. We will then send you a new item or refund your account for the cost of the item.
ANY PACKAGE RETURNED TO SUPERSICK MUST HAVE RA# AND TRACKING NUMBER. SUPERSICK WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS OBTAINED PROOF OF DELIVERY.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges. Send your unfit shirt(s) to:
